The Superbowl is over. The NBA All Star weekend has also concluded. Now it’s time for the cream to rise to the top in the 2nd half of the NBA season. We can talk about OKC and Denver and San Antonio and Houston in the West. And we can talk about New York or Cleveland in the East. However;
